Terms

1. Provider

Services are provided by NatuRali LLC (Натурали ООД), UIC 205549204, 21 Koprivshtitsa St, Burgas 8001, Bulgaria, represented by Ralitsa Markova. The company is not VAT registered. Published prices are final.

2. What is offered

This website presents private online birth chart readings and live online yoga. Both are delivered remotely. No service on this website includes accommodation, travel or transport.

3. How an agreement is made

An email is the beginning of a conversation. It is not a booking and creates no payment obligation. A service is agreed only when the format, scope, time, time zone and total price have been confirmed in writing.

Before a contract is concluded, the client receives any applicable payment, cancellation, rescheduling and statutory withdrawal information in writing. Mandatory consumer rights are not affected.

4. Astrology

A birth chart reading is a reflective and educational service. It is not a prediction of certain future events and is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. The client remains responsible for their own choices.

A standard session costs 60 EUR. A session with a written summary and short follow-up conversation within one month costs 80 EUR. A session lasts 60 to 90 minutes and is not recorded.

5. Live online yoga

One private 60 minute live online session costs 36 EUR. Four sessions cost 128 EUR. Eight sessions cost 224 EUR. A closed live online group of up to six people is priced by enquiry.

Yoga teaching is not medical care, diagnosis or treatment. A person with a medical concern should seek advice from a qualified health professional about whether physical practice is suitable. The participant is responsible for choosing a clear and safe practice area and should stop if pain or acute discomfort occurs.

6. Retreat stories

No retreat is currently offered for booking on this site. No date, place or price for a future NatuRali retreat is announced here. The retreat page describes past experiences and offers a way to express interest in a future invitation.

7. Law

Bulgarian law applies, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protection provided by the law of the country where they usually live.
