2. This website

This website has no enquiry form, account or payment flow. Its fonts and images are delivered as same-origin files. Enquiry buttons open your own email application; your message is sent directly from you to me, and this website itself does not receive, log or store its content.

This website measures visits with Plausible, a privacy-focused analytics tool. Plausible sets no cookies, writes nothing to your browser’s local or session storage, and creates no identifier that could recognise you on a later visit or on another website. The measurement script and the data it sends are served from naturali-studio.com itself, not loaded from plausible.io, so your browser makes no separate connection to Plausible’s own servers.

What is recorded is limited to aggregate statistics: which page was viewed, the country and device type your browser suggests, the site that referred you if any, and, for the enquiry buttons, that a button was clicked, from which page and for which service, never the content of your message. Your IP address is used for a moment to keep this count accurate and to filter automated traffic, then discarded; it is not stored. This processing rests on legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, in understanding how the site is used and keeping it working well. You may object at any time by writing to the address in Section 1.

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. on a global content delivery network. To deliver and secure the site, hosting infrastructure processes standard request information such as IP address, requested page, date and time, browser information and technical errors. Neither Vercel nor Plausible uses this information to follow you across other websites.

3. When you contact NatuRali

When you send an email or call, NatuRali processes the name and contact details you provide and the content of your enquiry. This is used to answer you and take requested steps before a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

An ordinary enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter. If you ask to hear about the next confirmed retreat, your email is used only for that notice under your consent in Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw that consent at any time.

4. Birth and health details

The first astrology enquiry does not require your date, time or place of birth. NatuRali asks for those details only after the format is agreed, for the clear purpose of preparing your personal chart. They are treated with particular care and are not used for advertising.

Please do not include health information in a first yoga enquiry. If information relevant to safe instruction is later needed, the purpose and handling will be explained before it is requested.

5. Recipients and transfers

Information is shared only where necessary with hosting and email providers, the analytics provider described in Section 2, accountants, legal advisers or public authorities where a legal basis exists. NatuRali does not sell or rent personal information for marketing.

Plausible Insights OÜ, based in Tartu, Estonia, processes the aggregate visit statistics described in Section 2 as a data processor acting on my instructions; that processing takes place entirely within the EU, on Plausible’s own infrastructure.

Vercel is based in the United States. International transfers are governed by Vercel's data processing terms and applicable transfer safeguards. The provider used for email also processes the messages you choose to send. Provider roles and locations are reviewed when services change.

6. Retention

Personal information is kept only for as long as needed to answer an enquiry, provide an agreed service, meet accounting or legal obligations, or establish and defend legal claims. A retreat interest request is kept until information about the next confirmed retreat is sent or until you withdraw consent. Mailbox backups may take additional time to cycle out after deletion.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and, where applicable, portability. Write to book@naturali.bg. NatuRali may ask for proportionate information to verify identity before acting on a request and normally responds within one month, subject to lawful extensions and exceptions.

You may complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection at cpdp.bg.
